Roughly translated as 'sour black', Xinomavro is known for its dark colour, powerful structure and refreshing acidity. This Xinomavro is one of the best examples of this wonderfully complex grape variety.

A pioneering blend of two indigenous grape varieties, Malagousia and Assyrtiko. Bright blonde in colour with greenish shades, it has a distinctive nose with impressions of exotic fruit and notes of green pepper, jasmine, orange, melon. A rich yet refined palate with a lemony finish. A regular fridge door wine that will go well with Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. Try with grilled scallops, chicken skewers or a roasted vegetable tart with Graceburn soft cheese.
