An exciting project in the northern region of Naoussa, Greece, involving some of the region's best winemakers, sharing a passion for organic and sustainable viticulture. Roughly translated as 'sour black', Xinomavro is known for its dark colour, powerful structure and refreshing acidity. This Xinomavro is one of the best examples of this wonderfully complex grape variety.
A pioneering blend of two indigenous grape varieties, Malagousia and Assyrtiko. Bright blonde in colour with greenish shades, it has a distinctive nose with impressions of exotic fruit and notes of green pepper, jasmine, orange, melon. Robola is an increasingly rare, ungrafted, low-yielding variety that thrives on the poor limestone and gravel soils of the Kefalonian highlands. Grown at 600m above sea level on the slopes of Mt Ainos within the Robola PDO appellation, this dry white wine is complex and well balanced with a lasting finish.

Oenops Vidiano comes from mountainous vineyards of Heraklion in Crete. It is spontaneously fermented in inox, amphora and oak and then matured on the lees for 6 months in exclusively 400 lts amphoras.
You may not have heard of Limniona before but it's definitely worth getting on your radar. Saved from the brink of extinction by winemaker Christos Zafeirakis, it produces gently textured, medium bodied wines with pretty red fruit character along with some herbal, savoury tones. Made from Organically farmed vineyards located in the foothills of Mt Olympus and vinified with indigenous yeasts.
