Having acquired Cold Mountain Vineyards in 2016 the pair transformed the farm in to a organic and biodynamic operation with conservation at the forefront. This Syrah is a delightful expression of cool-climate South Africa where fruit quality drives the wine quality.

This is a cool-climate White Blend from the Sondagskloof region of the Cape South Coast. Made from 13 and 11 year old vines of Sauvignon and Semillon respectively this blend is has an energetic acidity and a chiselled structure, processing fantastic ageing potential.
