Giusto Occhipinti with two friends established Domaine COS in 1980, its name taken from the first letters of their three names (Cilia, Occhipinti, Strano). The Sicilian winery has become renowned as pioneer of biodynamic viticulture and vinification in amphorae. Frappato is a light bodied, fruity varietal native to Sicily bursting with aromas of sweet red berries and incense spice.
Nerello Mascalese bursting with red cherry and strawberry, followed by subtle herb character and a distinctive minerality. Bright, refreshing and balanced - could even be served slightly chilled.
