Created by the late, celebrated industry legend Steven Spurrier, Bride Valley Vineyards were first established in West Dorset in 2009. The Chalk soils found here are similar to those found in Champagne making it an ideal site for sparkling wine production. Delicate flavours of white fleshed fruits and summer flowers make this wine a perfect Aperitif.
