A 75cl bottle of IGP Pays d'Oc Sauvignon Blanc 2022 by Orbiel & Frères. A white wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Made from Sauvignon Blanc.
Brut Océan is a bone dry, hand-harvested Jurançon Sec cuvée of 100% Gros Manseng, a main local varietal from the Jurançon appellation near the town of Pau in the extreme south-west of France. A superb alternative to Picpoul.
Hailing from Minervois, Languedoc Roussillon, this modern white combines 85% Chardonnay for structure with 15% Viognier for delicate aromatics and elegance. Its unique blend and consistent quality have made it a longstanding customer favourite. A well-made, food-friendly wine at a fantastic price point.
A top quality Picpoul de Pinet from one of the few small, artisan producers in the area. Deliciously dry and refreshing.
A deliciously pure, fruity southern Rhône blend of Roussanne and Viognier, Plein Sud is characterful, fresh and elegant.
In a region dominated by rosés, this special white blend from Domaine Sainte Philomène is a delightful departure from the norm. Made from 80% Vermentino and 20% Ugni Blanc, expect a clean-and-lean profile that's characteristic of Vermentino, but with a twist: an exotic burst of tropical fruits like mango and papaya, tempered by a zesty finish from the Ugni Blanc. This wine, crafted by head winemaker Geoffroy de la Perrière, embodies a fresh, modern vision while still respecting the deep-rooted legacy of this ancient Provençal estate. While it pairs well with a variety of dishes, its light oiliness and hint of tropical fruit make it particularly suited for grilled prawns with a mango salsa or a citrusy, herb-marinated chicken breast. A refreshing testament to the untapped potential of Provence's white wines.
An excellent example of a Chignin produced by André and Michel Quenard. You'll be truly amazed by its tension, its minerality and its freshness.
Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, this is the only white wine that Clotilde produces. Harvested carefully by hand, from organic vines, it is a clean and fleshy white that perfectly bridges the gap between winter and spring drinking.
How J. Laurens continue to make this incredible Crémant for such a low price is a total mystery. It's made in the same painstaking traditional way as Champagne, from the domaine's best parcels of vines - and tastes better than many Champagnes we've tried at double the price.
Mâcon-Vergissons' 'Les Rochers' is a steep, limestone-infused site that produces a superb and great-value wine. This Mâcon-Vergisson is all about finesse, with lovely aromatic purity.
Chablis Schaller are part of the new wave generation of young winemakers making a name for themselves in Chablis. Their family have been growers for generations, selling grapes to the big co-operatives. Now, the grand children want to carve their own name in this corner of Burgundy.
This Chardonnay, hailing from a 2-hectare clay-limestone plot with a south-southwest orientation, offers early-ripening grapes for rich, tempting wines. Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to retain the freshness and purity of the fruit, it is aged for nine months, resulting in an expressive Saint-Véran. The palate reveals citrus and white flower aromas, particularly acacia, alongside pear, peach, and a hint of hazelnut, culminating in a buttery smooth finish. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with veal or roast chicken, this wine is best enjoyed young for its fruitiness and freshness, although it can be kept for up to 4-5 years.

The domaine has been in Géraldine Coumbes family since 1525, along with her husband Xavier Peyraud they started the estate Mas des Brousses in 1997. With just 10 hectares under vine, they are able to tend to and care for the land in a way that is impossible to do on a larger scale.
From the south-facing Bidode parcel near the village of Pupillin, this elegant Chardonnay is produced from 60 year old vines that are hand-harvested.
Chardonnay may be Burgundy's superstar but take note of the revival of Aligoté. It's often under-appreciated and can therefore provide incredible value from even the top producers. Romaric's wines have long been at the core of Roberson's range and his status grows year on year. 'Les Maréchaux', located in Meursault is a new parcel of Aligoté recently acquired by the Domaine after the 'Petits Poiriers' vines were replaced.
After mastering Provençal Rosé, Cédric Bourez along with his family started the quest for a characterful estate. One with a natural richness of terroir with a diverse soil profile. They fell in love with Anjou, with incredible old plots of Chenin Blanc, in the best orientation, facing the Layon river. The vines are rooted in volcanic rock called “Spilite” giving the wines soul and elegant nuances.
Camille Schaller is a young winemaker joining the new wave of producers making exceptional quality Chablis from their family vineyards. His Chablis comes from 30 year old Chardonnay vineyards, all sustainable, planted on the best Clay and Limestone soils around the village of Préhy and Chablis. The soil brings exceptional finesse, minerality and purity to the wines.
Once the pride of Savoie, the Bergeron grape, known elsewhere as Roussanne, suffered a decline into obscurity after a phylloxera outbreak. But its story didn't end there. Revived in the 1970s by the passionate André Quenard, who saw its potential, Bergeron was nurtured back to prominence on the steep limestone slopes of Savoie. Here, the grape's full ripeness was achieved, allowing its unique qualities to shine. Les Roches Blanches, a medium-bodied white, encapsulates this remarkable revival. Unlike anything from its Rhône cousins, it offers a racy yet flavourful experience with notes of peaches, honey, and pine resin. Its cooler, alpine climate adds a refreshing twist, making it a must-try for those looking to explore a wine with a true comeback story.
"From a high-terraced slope above the Isère valley, Roussanne grown here gives a consistently fine, rich and complex wine. Honeyed and stony on the nose, it tastes unctuous, yet with balancing acidity and hints of apricot and saline character towards the finish. A lovely wine, which will develop more complexity with age." Wink Lorch, decanter.com, 94 pts
The south-east facing vineyards are surrounded by indigenous flora such as; shrubs, trees and plants that thrive in the wild garrigue: rosemary, bay, thyme, broom, oak, pine…
