Chablis Schaller are part of the new wave generation of young winemakers making a name for themselves in Chablis. Their family have been growers for generations, selling grapes to the big co-operatives. Now, the grand children want to carve their own name in this corner of Burgundy.
Camille Schaller is a young winemaker joining the new wave of producers making exceptional quality Chablis from their family vineyards. His Chablis comes from 30 year old Chardonnay vineyards, all sustainable, planted on the best Clay and Limestone soils around the village of Préhy and Chablis. The soil brings exceptional finesse, minerality and purity to the wines.
After meeting in New Zealand, Edouard and Eleni came back to Chablis to enhance 4.9 hectares vines.

Although based in Puligny, Chavy-Chouet are perfectly capable of working their magic elsewhere, and this Meursault displays all the characteristic body of the village with a lot of the elegance of the Chavy-Chouet winemaking style.
