Promoting ecological winemaking, their aim is to "taste what nature created" and are certified organic. Their passion is Silvaner, which thrives in the barren, fossilised soils of Franken. Bright and appealing with a freshness and pronounced minerality define this high quality wine that is fantastic value.
Winemaking in the Fürst family has a long history, dating back to 1638. The family vineyards and estate are nestled on the slopes overlooking the picturesque towns of Miltenberg and Bürgstadt and produce high quality, elegant wines. Delicate, pure and slightly herbal, this a brilliant dry Riesling.
