This unique Napa white is the result of a collaboration between famed sommelier Raj Parr and Bordeaux-native Marie Vayron Ponsonnet. This Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon blend, which shares the stage with their Napa Valley Merlot, is a heartfelt project. Farmed organically, the juice undergoes a long fermentation with indigenous yeast before resting in old oak for 11 months. The result? A wine boasting depth and character, perfect with grilled seabass or a creamy shrimp risotto.
