“This is one of my favourite producers ever. The winery is located in a secluded mountainous area in the Languedoc and it is run organically but Marlene Soria, one of the most extraordinary winemakers around. Admittedly £65 quid on a bottle of Languedoc may seem a lot, but in a comparative tasting this would destroy most Bordeaux with the same price tag. If you are into wine and you have never tasted it, you should. What does it taste like? Think of an iron fist in a velvet glove.”
