The winery is located in a secluded mountainous area in the Languedoc and it is run organically but Marlene Soria, one of the most extraordinary winemakers around. Admittedly £65 quid on a bottle of Languedoc may seem a lot, but in a comparative tasting this would destroy most Bordeaux with the same price tag.
