“106 months on lees, disgorged May 2012. Very fine bead. Very bready nose with gorgeous breadth. Very solid and as though you can taste every single element picked up from that sediment over its nine years in the cellar. A lovely pot-pourri of aromas. Still lots to chew on. Very dry finish. I would guess zero dosage in this wine. All its richness comes from age. Long and layered. Not too fizzy. So delicate yet so complex! Another very serious wine. With potential.' ”
“Honey and butterscotch aroma. Apricot brioche – smells like a pâtisserie in the best way! Full and rich but so fresh, deeply, richly flavoured wth toasty breadth. Long and satisfying - a meal in itself. And all kept youthful by a sour freshness at the very finish. ”
