CYPRÈS DE CLIMENS 2013
CHÂTEAU CLIMENS

Cypres de Climens is the second wine of Château Climens. Made from grapes that don't fit the profile of that particular year's grand vin, the wines have great richness and power that reflect the estate's quality.

  • Fresh and vibrant; sweet fruits on the palate; excellent acidity to ensure a refreshing finish.
  • Made in the same process as Château Climens; a great value second wine.
  • The topsoil is composed of gravelly sand and the subsoil is limestone and clay.
  • Ready to drink from release; could age for a few years.
  • Bérénice Lurton suggests pairing this with Asian spices - we'd recommend it with Pad Thai.
