LIND AND LIME GIN

Ian Stirling, ex Roberson Wine Salesman, has set his sights on building the first purpose-built single malt distillery in Edinburgh for more than a century. Their first project is the Lind and Lime Gin, is inspired by Edinburgh based Doctor James Lind, who discovered that citrus fruits helped to prevent scurvy in the 18th century. Lind and Lime is a delicate balance of botanical's, including Juniper, Red Pepper and Lime.
