This Pinot Grigio is a cut above the bland supermarket offerings we're all gradually becoming immune to. Instead of neutrality, this wine has a well-defined fruit flavour, a mouth-filling texture and a satisfying, dry finish. A slight pink tinge comes from the naturally blush grapes skin.

“Pale lemon green, tiniest hint of pink. Fresh, herbal nose - fennel, radish, parsley. Very cool climate or very early picked I suspect. Body a bit full for the style, but then balanced by lots of acidity. Surprisingly intense palate, like snapping a bunch of wet celery in my face. Enjoyable, identifiably Pinot Grigio, and intense in impression considering its light flavour. Memorable. But could do with less body/more lightness.' ”
