“One of the only dedicated organic co-ops in France. Rather than throw all the grapes together, they vinify and bottle each domaine’s contribution separately. This is a 50% Viognier, 50% Roussanne, all aged in stainless steel. A lot of peach and a touch of spice on the finish.”
