“The lieu dit was originally called Buisson Menard. A spelling mistake created Buisson Renard. More obvious asparagus on the nose than the Cotat. Quite transparent and bone dry. Monastic. Muscular, even a little angular. Pretty chewy now. Benjamin’s favourite parcel.”
