Haridimos Hatzidakis was known as 'The wizard of wine' in the wine world. He played a major part in the Greek wine revival, especially getting Santorini wines world famous, and never stopped experimenting. This wine is a stellar example of his work with indigenous grape varieties. A stunning 100% Assyrtiko that will transport you to the Greek Islands from the first sip.
- Lovely nose of ripe lemon, jasmine, stonefruits and orange blossom.
- Crunchy minerality on the palate, extreme freshness that balances out the aromatics.
- Best served at 12-14˚C to really enjoy all the aromas.
- Drink now, but will keep for another 5 years from release.
- Great with a fresh seafood platter, or white meats in creamy sauce.
