La Maison Dosnon was created by Davy Dosnon who is very passionate about the production of the Grands Vins de Champagne. Dosnon is a local to Avirey-Lingey in the Côte des Bar, and has always wanted to create a modern and ecologically sustainable Maison de Champagne. Endeavouring to achieve excellence and to honour the diversity the terroir.

- 2009 was a remarkable vintage for Pinot Noir in the Côte des Bar. Leading Dosnon to hold back a small portion of vintage Blanc de Noirs ageing in his cellars for years before disgorging. This wine displays the extraordinary power of ageing on the lees.
- Fermented in used Puligny-Montrachet barrels, second and third fill.
- The vine age is 25 years old.
- This is a timeless Champagne, one that can age for decades more.
