  • Straw yellow colour.  On the nose, floral notes with hints of green apple, as well as toast and vanilla.  On the palate, full bodied with a lively acidity and concentrated, ripe fruit and a hint of honey.  
  • Produced from 100% Chardonnay, from the Langhe appellation in Piedmont. 
  • The Gaja Winery was founded by Giovanni Gaja in 1859 and has been owned and operated by five generations of the Gaja family ever since.
  • Great with rosemary risotto or fish in a rich, creamy sauce.
  • Can be aged for up to 10 years.
