Vineyards and Winemaking 

Vineyard location: Nestled at the border of Pomerol and Lalande-de-Pomerol appellations, a mere 500 meters from the prestigious Château Pétrus 

Farming practices: Embracing integrated wine growing with an ongoing conversion to organic farming practices 

Soil: Intriguing mix of clay and gravel with veins of iron oxide deeper down 

Planting density: Densely planted at 6,500 vine stocks / ha 

Average age of the vines: Approximately 40 years, adding depth and complexity to the wine 

Harvest: Meticulously hand-harvested and rigorously sorted to ensure only the finest grapes 

Fermentation: Employing a gravity flow cellar with the entire winemaking process taking place in barrels 

Aging: Patiently aged for 24 months in 6 high-quality barrels, using 100% new French oak sourced from 3 esteemed barrel makers
