- Notes of black fruit, garrigue, leather and tobacco as well as spicy notes. The palate is powerful, with dense substance; the tannins are silky and the aromatic palette is extensive, (garrigue, coffee, spices ...). The long finish brings pleasant freshness.
- Produced from Syrah and Mourvèdre.
- Domaine Peyre Rose's 26 hectares of vineyards are all grown organically and result in a small annual production of wine, highly sought after by wine lovers and unanimously praised in the specialist press.
