Founded in 1833 by pharmacist and inventor Friedrick Koch - the winery has vineyards in some of the highest classified slopes above Oppenheim and Dienheim. This half-dry Riesling is made from old vines located on the boarder between the two towns.

- 100% Riesling vinified and aged in stainless steel allowing for the natural flavour and the residual sugar to take centre stage
- Now run by 7th generation family the current winemaker has worked in Mendoza and Northern Italy where he specialised in cold climate winemaking
- Drink on release and for 6 years
- Pair with slightly sweet Asian food or serve with roast pork and apple sauce
