Robola is an increasingly rare, ungrafted, low-yielding variety that thrives on the poor limestone and gravel soils of
the Kefalonian highlands. Grown at 600m above sea level on the slopes of Mt Ainos within the Robola PDO appellation, this dry white wine is complex and well balanced with a lasting finish.
Oenops Vidiano comes from mountainous vineyards of Heraklion in Crete. It is spontaneously fermented in inox, amphora and oak and then matured on the lees for 6 months in exclusively 400 lts amphoras.
