Of Domaine Pégau's 19.5 hectares of vines in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, just 1 hectare is for white wine. The estate produces 3 Châteauneuf-du-Pape reds and one white. Although their red Châteauneuf-du-Pape is 80% old vine Grenache, it includes all 13 of the regionally allowed grape varieties.
