A compelling blend of the ancient and the modern, Seméli combines extensive vineyard holdings in the classic Peloponnese area of Nemea - particularly in the favoured sub-region of Koutsi - with a state of the art winery built in 2003.
Producing primarily from indigenous Greek grape varieties since 1979, Seméli's wines offer an appealingly different proposition to drinkers tired of ubiquitous international varieties, as well as phenomenal value for money. Amongst many awards the estate has won for its wines, their Thea 2015 scooped a Gold medal at 2017's Decanter World Wine Awards - one of only three wines from the Peloponnese to do so.
