  • With hot days, cool nights and a constant breeze running through the vineyards, the wines remain fresh. The Saint Guilhem Le Désert Blanc is a combination of 11 different grape varietals, with Chardonnay playing a leading role.
  • The vines are all planted with in the same vineyard, picked simultaneously at harvest and co-fermented in stainless-steel tanks. The wine undergoes malo-lactic fermentation, further being aged in a combination of stainless-steel tank and barrel for 4 months.
