These 90 year-old vines are situated on the gently sloping hillsides between Mount Baudille and the Mediterranean. More precisely, in the communes of Montpeyroux and Lagamas (Hérault). Creating a world class Carignan that beautifully expresses the unique terroir.

- Deep dark red in colour, with intense aromas of liquorice and black currants, enhanced by hints of forest floor, wild pine, rosemary and sage.
- The vines are over 90 years old.
- 100% matured in old oak barrels for 12 months.
- Drinks beautifully now but will age until 2026.
- Pair with braised duck leg, polenta and wilted Swiss chard.
