- Clear with an intense light yellow colour. This is a wine full of character with aromas of exotic fruits and nuts. Soft and captivating on the palate, with impressions of citrus fruits, spices and vanilla.
- 100% Garganega. The grapes are harvested very late in order to obtain an optimal degree of ripening.
- The Pieropan family believes in traditional winemaking principles. These are reflected in the way they maintain their vineyards.
- Pairs well with shellfish or chicken in a light sauce.
- Can age well for 5-10 years.
