Wild co-fermentation of St. Lauret and Acolon is done on the skins, followed by gentle pressing once the fermentation is complete. The wine is then further aged for a year in the stainless steel tank prior to bottling.

- Red fruit on the nose, fresh raspberry and strawberries. In the glass the wine opens up to show some gentle spice with hints of cinnamon and clove. Soft and sweet tannins keep the wine balanced.
- 95% St. Laurent and 5% Acolon.
- The grapes are sourced from vineyards in Oppenheim and Dienheim.
- Drink from release.
- Pair with slow cooked home made bolognese.
