  • This red wine from Macon has intense aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberries and cherries) and a subtle hint of spice. On the palate you will have the same red fruits and a nice freshness. The structure of this wine is very delicate without any aggressive tannins.
  • Made from 100% Gamay where vines are split between more than 35 small, mainly limestone plots with a total area of 14 hectares.
  • Harvesting is 90% manual. The wines are then aged on the lees, often in oak barrels, for between 11 to 12 months depending on the vintage and the specificity of the terroir.
  • Can be enjoyed upon release but can also age for up to 5 years in order to get the full expression of the fruit.
  • We recommend enjoying this alongside grilled salmon, butternut squash salad, or duck in plum sauce.
