Colète is a Napa Valley Merlot design by Rajat Parr and Marie Vayron Ponsonnet. Inspired by the Merlot's of Pomerol, Raj and Marie scoured the Napa landscape for a vineyard site which would deliver an expression of the grape, distinctly Napa but influenced by the soft, rounded and well structured wines of Pomerol.

- Savoury and well structured, with plenty of cool climate Napa character. Lifted by floral notes, there is a bright acidity to the wine which accompanies a classic palate of crunchy hedgerow fruit and subtle menthol tones, supported by soft rounded tannins
- The grapes are sourced from Black Vineyard in Coombsville - Where the vineyard benefits from cool, marine influenced air and volcanic, well-drained soils.
- A collaborative passion project of Raj Parr and Somm. turned winemaker Maire Vayron Ponsonnet
- Drink a few years after bottling and for 8-10 years
