Vineyards and Winemaking

Vineyard location: Situated in the village of Montagne Saint Emilion, 750 meters north of Château Cheval Blanc

Farming practices: Under conversion to organic since 2017, utilizing drone technology for balancing soils with selected grasses

Climate: Maritime climate influenced by the Atlantic Ocean and the Dordogne and Garonne rivers

Harvest: Handpicked from a historic 1.14-hectare plot planted in 1929

Aging: 6 months in tank

Bottling: Ensuring preservation of the wine's natural characteristics
