"Dark, vivid ruby colour. Ripe and lively aromas, packed with dark berry fruit laced with nutmeg and cloves. A full-bodied cru Beaujolais with powerful, thick tannins and concentrated fruit intensity. From low-yielding, 70-year-old vines, farmed biodynamically. Fermented with natural yeasts without the addition of any sulphur dioxide. Wines are aged six to eight months in used oak barrels from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Bottled without filtration."
