  • Pale in colour thanks to the skin contact.  On the nose, grapefruit and banana are the dominant aromas, with peaches, almonds and nectarines noticeable after a time.  Refreshing on the palate with a sweet acidity and good body.
  • Produced with 20 hours of maceration after destemming, followed by gentle pressing and clarification without filtration.  Aged 'sur lie' for four months.
  • Vines are grown on soils with strong organic matter that are easily warmed in the summer. These grapes are harvested early due its location but still display great ripeness.
  • Can be enjoyed upon release or can be aged if so desired.
  • Great on its own but easy to pair alongside pan-roasted fish, risotto or seafood.
