A dry white wine Sussex dry with pear and primrose on the nose and pink grapefruit, melon and sweet fennel on the palate. Well-balanced, this wine has a juicy core which leads into a refreshing, fruit-driven finish. Try with Goats cheese salads, grilled chicken souvlaki or a niçoise salad.
