  • Enticing wild strawberries and plum aromas are full bore. The mouthfeel is linear in intensity with fine tension on the palate with flavours of blackberry, pastille, and lovely plum sorbet.

  • Aged in 75% new and 25% one-year-old French Burgundy barrels. The wine matures for eighteen months before being bottle unfiltered.

  • Martin Ray planted Pinot Noir at Mount Eden in 1945. Today, Pinot Noir vines occupy seven acres of the estate vineyard.

  • Pairs nicely alongside dishes with a touch of spice, pulled pork or seared tuna.
  • Has cellaring potential for at least 10-12 years.
