Fisherman, Hunter, Local wildlife expert & Ice Skater are just some of the things eccentric producer Helmut Lang gets up to. He is also a master of making sweet wine, expertly turning blackened sorry-looking grapes into pure, perfumed, age worthy sweet wines. Made from Pinot Noir grapes affected by 'noble rot' this wine has a brilliant amber colour with a sticky, unctuous character that would be perfect with a sweet dessert.

- Full, sticky and unctuous with plenty of sweet apricot, peach, honey & stem ginger.
- Made from Pinot Noir grapes affected by the 'noble rot' botrytis.
- As vintages have got warmer and drier in recent years, botrytis is less commonplace in the vineyard. In order to make this wine Helmut has blended wine from 2014 and 2017.
- This is a truly unique and rare dessert wine.
- Perfect with a sticky date pudding and clotted cream.
