Précoce is winemaker Alex's favourite English red variety. Made from a single vineyard site of early ripening Pinot Noir Précoce grown in the heart of West Sussex. Fermented in concrete tanks and aged in neutral oak at London Cru's urban winery. The Précoce is hand bottled, labelled and waxed on site - a real labour of love.

- Bright ripe raspberry, strawberry, and the savouriness of rhubarb. With soft and supple tannins on the palate. The wine captures the lively fruit forward style of the Précoce grape - whilst still being serious, displaying a true complexity.
- The wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 7 months before being lightly filtered and hand bottled by gravity.
