The first vintage of Les Crays to be classified Premier Cru. The southern facing steep slope terroir of Les Crays is composed of, limestone scree set over Pliensbachian shale, and is protected from the harsh northern winds. Producing wines with a distinct character, and sophistication.

- On the nose the wine offers notes of almond praline and toasted hazelnuts, which then develop into more complex notes of citrus and white peaches, throughout all of this there is a strong sense of minerality. On the palate the wine remains precise, slowly revealing the full spectrum of aromas.
- Aged for 10-12 months in 5 year old barrels with just 15% new oak each vintage.
- The vines are 45 years old.
- It is ready for drinking now, but can age for up to 10 years.
- Wonderful accompaniment to fish, white meats and goat’s cheese.
