Dry Red Wines

Dry Red Wines are wines made from red grape varieties, and have no residual sugar. This means that during the fermentation process, all the natural sugars in the grapes are converted to alcohol thanks to some very hungry, efficient yeast. The result is a red wine that’s completely dry. Dry red wines are the most common type of red wine, and as a result also the most popular.
