- Location: Beaujolais, Régnié; honing in on Oeillat, les Vergers, and Basse Ronze.
- Altitude: Ranging from 280 to 400 meters, drawing the southern sun's full benefits.

- Soil: Delicate rose granite sands with hints of light clay in the subsoil, each contributing uniquely to the wine's character.
IN THE WINERY:
- Vinification: Gravity-fed processes merge with indigenous yeasts, working their magic sans SO2. Carbonic maceration stretches between 10 to 20 days, followed by manual vat emptying and traditional vertical pressing.
- Maturation: An eight-month sojourn on fine lees: 20% in epoxy cement tanks and 80% in 228-litre oak barrels. Bottling remains unfiltered but lightly sulphured for preservation.
