Resurrected from near extinction, local Valencian grape Bobal is experiencing a new lease of life. This bottling comes exclusively from low-yielding, old vine Bobal fruit in Utiel-Requena where long hours of sunshine help ripen the berries, and large variations between day and night temperatures maintain the acidity.
