Vineyards and Winemaking
- Vineyard Location: A blend of Holtermann Vineyard (53%) and other West Sonoma Coast vineyards (47%)
- Farming Practices: The grapes were grown using sustainable and organic farming practices, ensuring the highest quality fruit.
- Climate: The wine is a product of the cool, coastal West Sonoma Coast region, characterized by moderate temperatures and abundant fog, creating a long and slow growing season for the grapes.
- Harvest: The grapes were handpicked at optimal ripeness from the vineyards in early September.
- Aging: Aged in neutral French oak barrels for 10 months.
- Bottling: The wine was bottled in August 2022 after undergoing a light filtration.
