From the historic Glen Oaks Ranch, this Pinot Gris thrives in a unique micro-climate by a meandering brook. Enjoy notes of charentias melon, stone fruit, bergamot, and kaffir lime leaf. Picked early for preserved acidity and foot-crushed for a rosé Champagne-like colour. Less than 5 bottles remain.
