  • Notes of sour red cherry, black cherry, plum and graphite, with beautiful and soft tannin structure. 
  • All punch-downs are done by foot which prevents intense and overbearing extraction from the grapes.
  • Once fermentation is complete the wine is gravity flowed into 100% neutral French oak barrels.
