Spätburgunder 2019
  • Fresh, pretty aromas of wild flowers and crushed raspberry. A rustic spicy mouthfeel help complement the generous ripe fruit profile. Fine, silky tannins and crunchy acidity keep everything in balance.
  • The husband and wife pair are driven by quality, quality fruit and in turn quality wine.
  • No herbicides or pesticides are used in the vineyards.
  • Drink now or age for the next 3 years.
  • Pair with a wild mushroom risotto.
