The little known Ribolla Gialla comes from 19 year old vines in the Napa Valley. It is aged in neutral French oak for 10 months. A great food wine that will match perfectly white fish dishes or soft cheeses.

Watson Ranch Vineyard is perched on a steep hillside overlooking the San Pablo Bay at the southernmost end of the Napa Valley. The cool windy conditions and calcareous soil produce wines with ample natural acidity and salinity.
