  • High-altitude vineyards rich in limestone allow for a slower grape maturation, ensuring a balanced flavour profile


  • Hand-harvested grapes from the 420m altitude plots undergo a meticulous selection process
  • The blend consists of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah
  • 22 to 25 days of maceration, followed by ageing in 50% new oak barrels, retaining the wine's fruity purity while adding complexity


  • Pairs beautifully with red meats in rich sauces, and even well-prepared game
  • Serve at a temperature of roughly 16°C 
  • Best stored in a cool, dark place with a potential ageing capacity of 5 years. If ageing, ensure it's stored horizontally to maintain cork moisture
