A Fresh, fruit driven and unoaked Chardonnay. Pale lemon in colour, with delicate citrus blossom on the nose. The palate is smooth and textured, with notes of refreshing honeysuckle, white peach, and subtle apricot, finished with a natural high acidity.
In other regions, it goes by Chasselas, but in Germany it's known as Gutedel. Wonderfully refreshing, it's rather similar to some Chablis or even Muscadet. This is a cracking value white wine made from an unfancied varietal.
