Just north of Girona is the DO of Empordà; a small vine-covered area between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees. Across the region there are a wide range of soils on which the vines grow resulting in wines with particular nuances not found in other regions of Spain. Perelada are a well established name, producing high quality and highly affordable wines. This unoaked white wine is incredibly intense with a complexity of aromas and flavours that creates a long lasting finish.
Clean, zingy and dangerously drinkable this Auxerrois is a regular go-to for a weekday wine. Auxerrois home is in the Alsace but is also grown in neighbouring Germany and this Pfalz expression has ripe & pure summery flavours with a low alcohol and medium acidity.
Costières de Nîmes is the southernmost appellation of the Rhône located on the western side of the river where it winds into the Mediterranean. Historically known for bulk wine production, the region is experiencing a transition towards characterful, well made wines expertly produced by small and dynamic estates. This delicious white wine is a fantastic example of that; fresh and easy drinking, versatile with a range of foods and at an everyday price.
The Dr Loosen Estate is home to some of the best vineyards in Germany. The Mosel valley’s steep, south facing slopes create the perfect climate for Riesling, giving the vines ideal exposure to the sun. The cool climate allows the grapes to ripen slowly while retaining bright acidity.

This mouth-watering blend of native varietals: Xarel·lo, Malvasía de Sitges, and Xarel·lo Vermell has a refreshing chalky texture and pure citrus fruit on the finish.
A fascinating white wine made from indigenous varietal Pinela from the Vipava valley in Slovenia. Guerila founder Zmago Petrič lets nature do the talking, employing biodynamic principles in the vineyard and cellar. Hand picked, natural fermentation, zero use of oak and no filtration means this wine showcases nothing but the grape.
